Overview
Client: HOPE Christian Schools
I developed a comprehensive series of instructor-led training sessions tailored for educators teaching 3rd to 12th grade at HOPE Christian Schools. The training program was designed to enhance instructional strategies, classroom management, and student engagement techniques, aiming to equip educators with the tools necessary to foster a positive and effective learning environment. This initiative was part of a larger effort to address and mitigate high turnover rates and to support the professional growth of the teaching staff.
