Behind the Design

Sometimes I have to pinch myself because I feel so lucky. I have a career where I get to learn something new each day? I get to help other people learn new skills? Nothing could be more fun!

With a background in K-12 education, marketing, and non-profit leadership, I bring multiple lenses and skillsets to your projects. I love adopting new technology, and I’m always looking for creative ways to engage learners.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and the mom of two toddlers & two fur babies. My home is fun, chaotic, and full of love. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Hi there,

I’m Penny Groth! My mom says that I’m the best administrative assistant in the world. Since you might be working with her, I thought I’d introduce myself—after all, I’m always joining her meetings when she’s working from home!
